Returns Policy

Our products are refundable within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund we require that you contact us in advance, clearly stating the reason for the return. Only such pre-approved returns will be refunded. Goods must be returned at your expense, and received undamaged in saleable condition with a note detailing your name, organization, address and phone number.

Our standard shipping is FedEx 4 day delivery.

Discounting Policy

Due to the staged availability of the middle school resources, the Discounted Program Prices will still apply for those ordering part of the program prior to the availability of the remaining resources. For example: those ordering the Classroom Resource now but wishing to take advantage of the Program One discount can order the Professional Development Resource (PD) and the Implementation Guide (IG) within 30 days of their release date and the discount amount will be applied to the cost of the PD and IG. So they order the Classroom Resource now at the list price of $280, and when they order the PD and IG the discount will be applied to the PD and IG list prices (namely $180 + $80 less the $61 discount), so the total paid for all three items will be $479 (the discount price for Program One).

The discounted price for the Make-Your-Own-Film Resouce will apply for those who have previously ordered either Program One or Program Two.
