Training

The P3R resources can be implemented by staff without the need for training, however educators generally appreciate the option for more in-depth professional development training.

We offer the following training options:

Make-Your-Own-Film Resource

A 5 hour training session providing step-by-step instruction in the preparation and implementation of this curriculum (covering both lesson plans) and the requirements for the associated film competition.*

Classroom Resource

A 3 hour training session providing step-by-step instruction in the preparation and implementation of this curriculum, covering both lesson plans.*

Combined Make-Your-Own-Film Resource & Classroom Resource

A full day training session providing step-by-step instruction in the preparation and implementation of both curriculum, including how the curricula complement each other in maximizing the benefits to academic achievement and school climate, and the requirements for the 21st Century Skills Bullying Prevention Film Competition.*

Program One or Two

A 4 hour training session providing step-by-step instruction in the preparation and implementation of Classroom Resource curriculum and the Professional Development Resource – plus, for organizations working with Program Two, the application of the Community Education Resource.*

Combined Program One or Two & Make-Your-Own-Film Resource

A full day training session providing step-by-step instruction in the preparation and implementation of Classroom Resource and Make-Your-Own-Film Resource curricula (including the requirements for the associated competition) and the Professional Development Resource – plus, for organizations working with Program Two, the application of the Community Education Resource.*

*Note: organizations must provide the training venue, and standard sessions are capped at 60 participants. Larger groups can also be arranged.
